LPAC overview - Fall 2004 The person administering the oral language proficiency test must have proof of training in the administration and scoring of the test AND must be proficient in the language of the test. LPAC overview - Fall 2004 Oral Testing for progress Students Students at all levels identified and receiving services through bilingual and ESL programs will also be oral tested at the end of every year. This This Information will be used at annual meetings to show progress in oral language proficiency.

( (A TAKS immigrant is a student, who at some point in their history, has resided outside of the 50 United States for at least two consecutive years)
