Accessing Schoolnet Training Environment
2
Accessing the Schoolnet Training Environment Each trainer is assigned a unique teacher id for training purpose for the 2013-2014 school year and has control of changing their password. Trainers will also have access to student and principal ids that are not unique and are accessible to other trainers. Using their unique teacher id each trainer will see the students assigned in their sections. Upon initial use of a student log in the trainer must change the initial password from “homebase” to “back2school”. Once set to “back2school” the password can not be changed. Please be careful with spelling. All trainers are able to access the principal assigned to the school that they are a teacher in. Upon initial log in as a teacher, as a student and as a principal the user must accept the NCDPI acceptable use policy. The Schoolnet training environment will remain available for use during the 2013-2014 school year and will be updated with all releases of Schoolnet as they occur.
