Availability of jobs  People now these days do their jobs at home and that has a big impact on jobs.  Yet still are other people who now do online shopping instead of going out and it makes life so easy and also shows how big impact IT has done. That could lead to other company's to out of business.  Robot and factories has now got a big advance over the humans due to the amount of work they do, this could be the end for humans if they want a job.  Online jobs makes life easier for the employers but difficult to the unemployed ones due to the amount of people that work for one company.

Inequality in broadband  Many people have suffered on the Inequality broadband and jobs have a massive effect with out access to internet.  People would go back to the old miserable fashion to work and since people are not the same as the past ones it would be tough on them.  Is Not fair that businesses and organization's are using the Internet more and more when some people cannot get online.  It’s too expensive to the ones who can’t afford to pay for broadband.  Doing Business with no access to broadband is massive problem to company and risky, and could lead them to shut down their company.
