2 Intended Audience Any one totally overwhelmed with clutter and ready to do some spring cleaning.

3 Goal To introduce you to the concept of feng shui through the opportunity to spring clean, clear out clutter, and bring some new energy into your SPACE.

4 Objective You will learn within 6-7 minutes how to organize your SPACE.

5 Feng shui (also known as "Chinese geomancy") 

6 What is Feng Shui (pron. Fung Shway)? The ancient Chinese art of tapping into the earth's elements to bring about energy and prosperity. It's not a miracle spell, but it will bring you back in harmony with your surroundings thus helping you achieve your life's purpose with health, wealth and happiness.

7 Take the First Step Buy a book on feng shui or better yet check one out of your local library.

12 S The "S" stands for sorting That's where you start  Pull things out  Sort  Put like things with like things  Have labeled bags and boxes set up

13 Hint When you're sorting, don't leave the space in which you're working. Otherwise you can lapse into yo- yo organizing.

14 P The “P” is for purge  Things you don’t need and don’t use

15 A The "A" stands for assigning  Pick or make a place for your things

16 C The “C” is for container  picking the appropriate one

17 Hint You need to sort and purge and decide where you want to store the items that you're keeping before you know what kind of container you'll need. Aesthetics is another consideration.

18 E The last step, "E," is for equalizing or evaluating  the process of maintaining your system and adjusting it to meet your needs
