What is Outsourcing of Jobs? Outsourcing is to contract out of a business function to an external provider. The ability of businesses to outsource to suppliers of the nation can also be referred to as off shoring.

Describe the issue StaffersUSA is a company in the United States of America that offers offshore outsourcing employment from its American- lead facilities abroad. For just a low monthly payment, you can have a full-time devoted employee or team of employees with the skills you need.

Locate and Describe the region (Provide a Map) This is the United States of America. It is located in North America, along with Canada as well.

Social Impact! The negative social impacts of outsourcing of jobs in the USA is that you need to be aware that there are cultural differences between your culture and the culture of the person that you are going to hire. It is best to perform some background research of the country where you'd like to hire some workers. For example, if a American worker was hired by an Arab to work for him, he would do some things that would seem completely normal to him in his cultural, but it would actually offend the Arab he was working with!

Economic Impact! Your business could go terribly wrong if you have the wrong team of employees to help you. The impact on those poor employees who can travel thousands of miles just to help you but then after your business rockets down to the floor, what will they do? This is because of the false image of outsourcing created today because of disorganized strategies has lead to many outsourcing failures leading to heavy losses. Poor administration, unavailability of communications, cultural eccentrics, and lack of knowledge.

Make practical suggestions, recommendations and solutions for this issue? Instead of outsourcing people and making advertisements in the media, if a person wants to hire someone to work for them, they should look out for themselves. But if they would like to stick with outsourcing jobs and wanting people from another country with more experience to come and work for them, they should research about that specific country and what cultural differences they have and what religious difference they have; that way, both parties can not have a problem. Also, you can learn about the political and social climate of the country so you can predict problems that may appear that can affect your business.
