Job motivation in the civil service Young candidates – dynamic and challenging jobs, fast promotion on the hierarchical ladder, development and training; Experienced staff – permanent job, regular salary, moderately demanding job without abrupt and frequent changes – “job for life”.

By upgrading legislative and implementation of planned activities aimed at increased flexibility and competitiveness of the Civil Service By improving the recruitment process – developing the strategy for attracting and retaining young and expert staff By increasing the accessibility of information – designing a web site with a view to change the Civil Service image and position at the labour market
