3  2010-2011 -396 serious incident reports  41 injuries to staff  Of the 396, 178 were for 1 child  2011-2012 -214 serious incident reports  15 injuries to staff  Of the 214, 119 were for 1 child  2012-2013 -203 serious incident reports  13 injuries to staff  Of the 203, no child had more than 30

5  How do you assess the emotional climate of your staff?  How do you look after your staff during or after an incident of challenging behaviour?  What would you need in your school to safeguard your staff better?  Who looks after you?

6  We have been talking about this for years!!!!!  Who do we need to talk to, as a body/group to effect change and get help?  What mechanisms can we use to voice our concerns and force action?
