Contacted more than 5 agencies and collected offers. Best bids came from DEKON and KONGRESIST, both very experienced firms, the latter organizer of ICC 2006 Istanbul. The venue of choice by both agencies is ICEC (next page). 700 Euro registration fee appears feasible. A contract needs to be signed an estimated 20 K€ deposited to reserve the venue.

If a decision to hold ISIT 2013 is reached, the next steps will be ◦ Complete the Organizing Committee ◦ Collect final bids from agencies and sign contracts ◦ Pay a non-refundable deposit to ICEC to reserve the building
