About Student Health Force Student Health Force is a web-based program in which youth learn to manage their health, to live what they learn, and to share it with others. Through the online program students learn to help themselves become a “force for health” for themselves, their families and their community. Student Health Force was created by InnerLink, and is provided at no cost this year for participating educators. Empowers students to make healthy decisions and influence those around them. This project-based learning program educates students through three easy steps: Learn it!, Live it! and Share it! with a focus on knowledge, behavior and advocacy measures. The online program includes a unique Wellness Tracker to follow your “Minutes in Motion.”
