Out line Out line Recently, improvement of product durability becomes more important as a development theme for the electronics equipments and industrial equipments, so the drop down test, vibration test, mechanical shock test and environment test have been performed more frequently. Especially for the durability test for mechanical movement parts and driving parts, several ten thousands times or several thousands hours durability test are often performed. Based on these backgrounds, high speed sampling and long time data capturing and simultaneous measurement for several phenomena (voltage, temperature and high voltage) are strongly required for the measurement equipments. Also for the long time durability test for multiple products, it is required that the number of test equipment needs to be increased, so compact and reasonable price measurement equipments are required for capturing of these test data. We provide the midi LOGGER GL900 that is an 8 channels isolation input for safe measurement for these various product tests. Further more, the multifunction input which corresponds to 500V DC high voltage, humidity, pulse and logic input for measurement of various phenomena.

Also all channels are simultaneously sampled without time difference between channels, it is possible to check the correlation of each parts. Further more, 1ms to 1min slow sampling is for the durability test, and large size 256MB internal flash memory or external USB memory can store long time measurement.

Previously, measurement equipment needs to record the input signal once to confirm the waveform before start measurement. But the GL series installs the free running display function, so the input signal is displayed on the screen soon after power on, you can check the input signal soon, and easily set the measurement condition within short period of time. Following two file formats are selectable GBD (Graphtec binary data) format : data size is smaller than CSV format CSV format : You can open it by Excel or other software without using any dedicated software The USB memory can be used as the external memory device. If you specify the USB memory as the capture destination, the data is directly stored to the USB memory. Also, for the long time measurement such as the durability test, you can measure it just by use the USB memory which has necessary data capacity. The transfer to PC is also possible just by insert the USB memory to the PC. * The max. file size for measurement data is 2GB. Please use standard type USB memory which does not support the functions such as the finger print recognition. Data can be stored to USB memory which easily can be connected to the PC which easily can be connected to the PC External USB memory terminal Data can be transferred to the PC easily.
