Panama is an ideal place to enjoy local cuisine, which varies from region to region. For Breakfast people will usual eat: Hojaldras: Typical breakfast served with eggs Known as Panamanian donuts - they are eaten with sugar on top. ese. Dinner and Lunch are very similar except dinner is a bit larger. Some main courses that are eaten in Panama are Sancocho- Chicken soup, One of Panama's most popular lunch dish.It consists of a root called namé and chicken pieces and is spiced with culandro - an herb similiar to cilantro. Corvina - Known internationally as sea bass, corvina is a very mild flavoured fish served fried, backed or as ceviche.
