7 Purpose: Production of Para Chloro Aniline & Ortho Chloro Aniline from Para & Ortho Nitro Chloro Benzene Plant Details: Operating Temperature: 180 o C. Operating Pressure: 25 bar.g Production Capacity: 5 TPD. Two Hydrogenation Reactors for batch process. Plant included Vacuum Distillation unit (70 Mm Hg) Client: Deepak Nitrite Limited HYDROGENATION PLANT

8 Client: International Advanced Research Center for Powder Metallurgy and New Materials Purpose: To carry out the liquid phase reactions in stirred tank glass and glass lined reactors Plant Details: Operating temperature: -20 to 180 o C Operating pressure: 0.5 bar.g Reactor Capacity : 100, 20 & 10 lit MOC : Glass Lined PC-PLC based control System Year of completion: 2006 SOLGEL PILOT PLANT

9 Client: Research Laboratory Plant Details: Unit included: Stirred Tank Reactor with Teflon lined agitator and variable speed drive for agitator, also Aluminium Nutsch Filter with vacuum pump Precise Temperature control arrangement for highly exothermic reaction (±1 o C) Temperature and flow measurement of all utilities for heat balance The unit also included instrument air unit, hot water system, chilled water system and mini-boiler. 11 BINDER BLENDING SYSTEM Client: Research Laboratory Purpose: For Blending Viscous HTPB Resin, Viscosity : 7000 cp at 25 o C Plant Details: Operating Temperature : 80 o C Operating Pressure: Atm. Reactor Type : 1 KL & 7 KL vessel with Anchor type agitator Reactor MOC : SS 304 Circulation : 3000 kg/hr PC-PLC based control system with utilities such as automatic drum unloading unit and hot water system. Year of completion -2008

12 Xytel India Services Feasibility & Engineering Studies Apart from the main activity, we also undertake, as a pre-requisite for turnkey supply, a study to prepare pre-engineering document to convert bench / lab-scale data to into pilot / mini plant design when very little information about the process is available. This exercise is also useful for estimating the project cost enabling the client to arrive at an investment decision. Revamping Existing Units Xytel India offers specialized services to help clients revamp their existing pilot plant resources. AMC Services Xytel India also undertake Annual Maintenance Contracts for Pilot/ Mini Plants. Each AMC has a designated service engineer in lead role and services will include visits at a mutually decided frequency, normal & preventive maintenance operations, guidance & training for proper operation & maintenance of pilot plants. Automation of Pilot Plants Xytel India offers solution to PC/PLC based system to replace existing, stand alone control systems, PC based control systems.
