A Community & Corporate Volunteer Resource As a non-profit organization, the YMCA Teen Achievers depends on community and corporate volunteers to provide college and career readiness support to our teen participants. CFCAN provides a wealth of resources through collective impact with community leaders, civic organizations, public, private and institutions of higher learning. Through the support of CFCAN, YMCA Teen Achievers works with community volunteers to help reduce barriers to the college admission and career advancement process for local students. CFCAN's support is vital to these students, especially 1st generation college students, as they navigate the enrollment process. YMCA TEEN ACHIEVERS
