BY HAVING JUST A ONE-WORD GOAL THAT WILL SUPPORT ALL OF YOUR EFFORTS AT HOME AND AT WORK HOW TO BE TEACHER OF THE YEAR

LEADERSHIP
3
TEACHER DISCLAIMER Although I make the best effort as possible to see the positive intention about your child’s action and work, this mission is for my classroom. Auxiliary and support staff may or may not be on the same page with this philosophy, as supportive as they are trying to be. Throughout the year, I hope you as a parent will join me in the scheduled meetings as well as private personal time, so that we can work together to get your student or keep your child on the right path as you see fit or as is your choice.

Ourcalendar2012-2013 As we move through the year, let us work together and meld our philosophies and encourage the class to move forward as a group and individually. As we progress through the year, the way you can help me the best is to attend the conferences and make your concerns known. The atmosphere that we are trying to create is to have a quality day each day not only in learning, in living.
5
To bring out the child’s leadership, we will try to maintain focus on their positive intentions.
6
As we move through our day, we vary with different classes and hopefully begin to achieve a balanced individual.
7
Diversity in topics actually increases IQ. Individual attention also helps our bonding. The student’s perspective is the priority in the classes.
8
There is no “teaching to the Test”. Or “time out”. Instead we talk it out. What this program is not…
