Eco-Materials The aim of this category is to encourage the use of materials with lower environmental impacts over their lifecycle. Low embodied energy materials are used such as concrete, loam, polyethylene, bitumen and hardwood. Recyclable materials are also recommended such as hollow concrete elements and sand-lime bricks. Timber can be used in many types of buildings, from single-family homes to multi-story condominiums and offices, schools, health facilities, recreational centers and public gathering areas. It is suitable not only as a finish material, bringing warmth and natural beauty to interior and exterior applications, but as a structural material, offering a cost- effective way to meet building code requirements for safety and performance with low embodied ecological impact and low Toxicity substances. To remove or reduce the damage sustained in a major earthquakes (as damage in Christchurch new Zealand) and reduce economic losses as we can call this LOW DAMAGE DESIGN as to save life's we have to make controlled damage so why we don’t make a building with self safe building with less damage for reducing, reusing, recycling it as sustainability is not for applying only the needs of the present but also for the future needs so we can make a building of mixture between Wood, steel and concrete at its foundations. It has many benefits as it is economical and faster in construction as the hole world is moving to word abuilding of low damage so there are low damage options for wood. This system depends on prefabricated beams, columns and walls. On manufacturing of columns and beams a Cavities are placed in the center So that we can spread steel roads And stress up and anchor everyThing to gather. The photos represent the fixation Of wood with the foundations and The wood with each other The photos shows the prefabricated components
