Coaching Staff Head Coach Todd Graham Born in Mesquite, Texas 18-9 record Started Coaching in 1988 Overall record 67-38 3 bowl game appearances 3 C-USA West Division (2007–2008, 2010) 1 Pac-12 South Division (2013) Pac-12 Coach of the Year Tim Cassidy, Senior Associate Athletic Director Cassidy spent the previous four seasons as the Associate Athletic Director for football at Texas A&M University and is widely considered one of the top football administrators in the country. Cassidy coordinated travel, recruiting, budget and staffing for the football office, assisted with scheduling and oversaw the compliance, strength and conditioning, equipment and academic support units regarding football and he supervised the football support staffs.

Coaching Staff Continued Paul Randolph, Senior Associate Head Coach/Defensive Coordinator In 2012 defense led the nation in tackles for loss (9.0 TFL per game) Second in the nation in sacks (4.0 sacks per game) Season totals in tackles for loss (117) and sacks (52) were both the second-highest marks in school history Sun Devil Defense165 of the 499 points (33.1 percent) scored in 2012 More than 16 percent of the plays run by opponents did not advance past the line of scrimmage Mike Norvell, Deputy Head Coach Offensive Coordinator/Quarterback Coach Taylor Kelly set the school record for completion percentage (67.1) Threw for the second-most touchdown passes (29) in school history Combined with the talents of running back Marion Grice – scored the third-most touchdowns (19) in school history – and tight end Chris Coyle – 57 receptions were the most ever by an ASU tight end – Quick-strike offense produced 58 scoring drives of three minutes or less in 2012.
