Of noble wife becomes his country's guide,' - (Samyutta Nikaya) “No woman, with the two- finger wisdom (narrow) which is hers, could ever hope to reach those heights which are attained only by the sages.” "Whatever men earn, they have a share of that and whatever women earn, they have a share in that." (Noble Quran 4:32) "Women have the same rights (in relation to their husbands) as are expected in all decency from them, while men stand a step above them." Holy Quotes Explained Buddhism Islam Quote 1-
Women can often be better than men. Men aren't always better than women. Quote 2- Very biased Women can never reach men's potential Quote 1- They have to share Wants them to be equal Quote 2- Men stand a step ahead Can’t call men better than woman Quote 3- Treat them with equality You never know why god sent them to you Buddhism 1- Woman can be better than men- Women lead men through life. Men can’t go through life without women- wouldn’t even exist. 2- Basically says women aren't smart enough to get to the same level as men. Women will never reach the potential of men due to their 2 finger wisdom. 2 finger wisdom- narrow, will never expand in knowledge, will continue to be small. Islam Trying to tell them that they are equal and that they have to share. When in marrige everything they own is equal. Mi casa es tu casa. Men are said to stand a step above their women. But they must treat their women with respect. 3- Men must respect women even if they hate them. You don’t know why God put that women there. Could lead to bigger things. 6 6
