Air Pollution Air pollution is the harmful materials into the Earth's atmosphere, causing disease, death to humans, damage to other living organisms such as food crops, or the natural or built environment.

Causes of Air Pollution Factories, Oil refineries, steel works, thermal power station and vehicles all burn one if the fossil fuels (coal, oil, natural gas). This pollutes the air with various gases including nitrous oxide and CO2.

Global Warming Global warming is the term used to describe a gradual increase in the average temperature of the Earth's atmosphere and its oceans, a change that is believed to be permanently changing the Earth's climate

Effects of Global warming Sea temperature would rise Reduce the formation of glaciers Floods will increase Ozone layer will be destroyed
