What is InScope™ ? InScope™ is a web-based application that enables you to perform certain Account Manager tasks on your own. You can verify coverage, fax, email and print certificates and auto ID cards, and review claim status. The InScope login page will open and you will need to enter your Login Name and Password that was provided to you. The InScope login page will open and you will need to enter your Login Name and Password that was provided to you.

Select your account by clicking on the ellipses button.

All current policies will now be displayed.

To view policy details (policy number, Company, Effective and Expiration Date), click the ellipses button beside the policy you wish to view.

For even more detail, click Coverage Summary from the menu on the left.

To view vehicle information, click on the Trucks tab then click the ellipses button beside the vehicle you wish to view.

To view driver information, click on the Drivers tab then click the ellipses button beside the driver you wish to view.

To view claim information for the selected policy, click Claims located in the menu on the left.

To view detailed claim information, click on the ellipses button.

To view, print, or fax a certificate, click on Certificates located in the menu to the left.

Click on the ellipses button next to the certificate you wish to send.

To resend a certificate to a current certificate holder, select it from the list.

To issue a certificate to a new holder, click the “Add Holder” button.

You can now search for certificate holders by Zip, Name, or Address.

Select from the list of available holders and click the ellipses button.

To issue a new certificate for a holder that is not in our database, click Add Holder just above the holder list.

Next Click the “Add New Holder” button.

Enter the new cert holder name and address and then click Add This Holder.

The cert holder you just added is now in the certificate holder list. Simply select the new holder and proceed to either print, fax, or email your certificate.

Select whether you want to Fax, E-mail or View and Print the Certificate and click “Next”

If you selected View and Print, the certificate will open.

If you selected E-mail, you will be prompted to complete the Email Cover Sheet.

If you selected Fax, you will be prompted to complete the Fax Cover Sheet.

To view, print, or fax a Auto ID Card, click on Auto ID Cards located in the menu and select the vehicle you want to Auto ID Card for.

Select whether you want to Fax, E-mail or View and Print the Auto ID and click “Next”

If you selected View and Print, the Auto ID Card, it will then open.

If you selected E-mail, you will be prompted to complete the Email Cover Sheet.
