Current Situation  Availability of EU-MED connection with a bandwidth capacity of 155Mbps  12 Universities connected to the Internet through different service providers (only 2 universities has access to the EU-MED)  Reached an agreement for FO based Governmental network  Reached an agreement for FO based Academic network  Content and Service Delivery Schools Network is under implementation  Connection to Consortium of Arab Mediterranean Research and Education Networks (CAMREN) is finding its way for implementation  Working towards ICT market liberalization
