5. Safety Coordinator Appointment Each department head shall designate a safety coordinator. A safety coordinator must hold a position similar to an employee in the Senior Management Service. 8. Interagency Advisory Council on Loss Prevention The IAC is composed of a safety coordinator from each agency. The IAC shall meet quarterly to discuss statewide safety and loss prevention issues. Safety coordinators must attend. – An alternate may be sent in his/her place.

10. Return-to-Work (RTW) Programs Agencies with more than 3,000 employees must have an RTW program. Returns employees to work faster. Accommodates functional limitations.
