10 CHASSIS SYSTEM PE solution tank has function of frame and hold 2 module: Front frame Transaxle Drive wheel Brush deck support lever Rear frame Castor wheel Squeegee support

11 BRUSH DECK removal

12 BRUSH DECK SYSTEM Brush motor supply voltage controlled by EB1 depending on the load: 24V when consumption is > 9 amps. 20V when consumption is < 9 amps. (adjustable by Superuser key) Brush motor rpm reduction advantage in light application: Less water splashing Less noise Less stress of the surface due to lower rpm Lower energy consumption New shape brush hub with 2 KEYS 5x30

13 BRUSH MOTOR ELECTRICAL INPUT CHECK
Supplier - AMER Motor 2800 rpm IP20 Easy replaceable carbon brushes Apply an ammeter on the cable, Check the motor electrical input is 3 to 4 20 V (without load) 13

14 Brush deck actuator removal

15 Actuator Supplier – SIR 3 position actuator:
Step 0 = retracted - mechanical end of stroke Step1 = intermediate mm (green LED) electronically adjusted Step2 = extended mm (red LED) mechanical end of stroke No adjustment required Max thrust load: 300 N Speed: 16mm/Sec No load current AMPS MAX:1A/24 Full load current AMPS: 3A/24 Stall Amps: 5,5A IP44

16 SOLUTION SYSTEM SOLENOID VALVE
The solution flow levels 1, 2 and 3 regulate the flow of the cleaning solution according to the speed of the machine keeping constant the amount of solution dispensed per square meter of cleaned floor. The level of reference flow is the level 3: according to the setting of the respective parameter P3, the opening time of the solenoid valve (and the detergent pump if present) is automatically adjusted so that the quantity of solution in centiliters per linear meter path is constant and equal to the value set in parameter. Level 4: 2,8 L/min full valve open, not controlled by speed. example level 1 2 3 1km/h 0,2 0,3 0,5 3km/h 0,4 0,8 1,5 5km/h 0,6 1,3 2,5 Centiliters per meter cleaned (constant) 0,75 Centiliters per square meter cleaned (Ø530 deck) 1,4 2,8 5,7 16

17 SOLUTION SYSTEM SOLENOID VALVE

18 Ecoflex Standard With machine from factory Option
kit installation instruction SPOT: +1 step water flow, brush pressure and detergent strength for 60 seconds (Adjustable by SPT parameter)

19 Ecoflex purge Switch on and keep pressed: The pump run one cycle of 30sec to flush the detergent residual

20 VACUUM SYSTEM VAC motor Is assembled into sound isolated box standard
MOTOR VACUUM 24V 280W Option MOTOR VACUUM 24V 450W

21 VACUUM SYSTEM Check the gasket condition and correct assembly sequence to secure the proper sealing Supplier - DOMEL No carbon brush replacement Apply an ammeter on the cable Check the motor electrical input is 13 to V . 21

22 Vac motor silent mode VAC motor supply voltage controlled by EB1 depending on silent mode selection: Vac motor rpm reduction advantage in light application: Lower sound level Enable cleaning in sound sensitive areas Lower energy consumption Set parameter VRID Vac motor voltage 1 (default) 16V 2 17V 3 18V 4 19V 5 20V

23 SQUEEGEE SYSTEM NEW plastic squeegee:
Easier and more stable squeegee installation ensure better cleaning performance and increased reliability NEW BLADES RETAINER Extremely easy to use blades installation and removal without any kind of tools Blades perfectly adhere with squeegee body and guarantee a better drying performance and stunning suction

24 Drive system New paddle Speed potentiometer 5K ohm
Resistor type potentiometer No adjustment required (neutral position set by spring inside potentiometer)

25 Drive motor New drive unit AMER Motor 200W @ 1300 rpm IP 44
Replaceable motor Replaceable carbon brush holder KIT Motor electrical input check: 5 - 7 A at 24V without load and maximum forward speed
