17. Tracking Web Site After obtaining a tracking number Go to web site Type “arrival01/dems/” in Internet Explorer address bar -- This will say http://arrival01/dems/

18. Click on Create new account to open your own account

19. You will need to remember your user ID and Password and click save Enter all required fields

20. After your account is created, click home

21. Enter your user ID and Password and click login

22. For external tracking click Carrier drop down enter your truck line and then put in your tracking number For external tracking, click carrier drop down, enter your truck line and enter your tracking number. Click Track

23. This will give you all the info you need to track your package

24. For internal package tracking in Arrival, click on packages

25. Enter your tracking number and click search or hit enter

26. Click on Details, for a more advanced look at internal shipping. From the advanced screen you will be able to see date/time received, date/time of delivery, department location, badge number and name of deliver to person, tracking number of the package, and delivery person’s badge number and name.
