Phnom Penh, 20084 Targets of Technical Assistance Output 1 aims to contribute to conformity of trade and productive sector policies, legal, regulatory and institutional frameworks with WTO requirements and international norms and standards. Output 2 aims to support Vietnam during compilation of the Law on Consumer protection and training capacity when it is being enforced. Support training for effective enforcement of the Law on Competition. Objectives are to create and develop a fair trade environment in Vietnam and benifiting and protecting consumer, then enhancing competitiveness of the economy. Output 3 is for improvement of food safety compliance and enforcement and export potential of food products.
