Government Starting from 2000, as first declaration appeared on ICT application and orientation toward eGov. Most recent: Gov.'s Plan for Vietnam become a strong country in IT in 2020 In health sector 2006: Guidelines on hospital management softwares building and on IT project creation. 2007: Establishment of steering committee, that renewed in 2010. 2008: Approval for two years plan for IT application in health. 2009: Order 02/CT-BYT for enhancing IT application in health. 2010: Decision 1191/QĐ-BYT, of organizing structure for IT services in health sector. 2011: plan for eHealth
