Funding Elements- 3 blocks Key Principle – £2 of Government funding to £1 Employer funding A - Funding that will go directly to employers (to use as they wish) B - Agency/employer co-funding of provision (Maximum Gov Contribution) C Agency Funding directly to providers - no employer contribution required 5 Bands replacing hundreds of rates
