Medical Student Career Trajectory Military Residency: Participants will be promoted to Captain, be assigned as a AD Soldier to a US Army Medical Hospital in a Graduate Medical Education program. 11 teaching hospitals, 25 specialties, 68 residencies, 57 fellowships 95% first time board pass rate 100% pass rate for 14 specialties last 3 years Civilian Residency: Participants will be promoted to Captain and receive an Educational Delay for the residency training period. No sponsorship is given during the civilian residency. Upon completion of residency training AD orders will be issued. 71-92% first time board pass rate Medical Resident 3 to 7 years, at Military or Civilian Residency programs
