Lab Rules

Place Measuring Tools on Red Tray Go to the Supply Table to get ingredients If you spill please clean up your mess

Fill one sink with HOT soapy water Get a dish rag from laundry area Wash dishes as you go Rinse Dishes

Fold any towels that are in the white laundry basket and put them on the shelves Get 2 hand towels from the laundry area Sweep your unit and under your table 4A and 8B Put up the four chairs on the table Put the chairs down 1A and 5B

Place CLEAN dishes in the correct drawers and cupboards Get a dish rag from the laundry area to wipe off counters Keep counters clean at all times. Make sure the dish rag is wet and has soap on it

Put all perishable ingredients in the fridge or freezer. Place all the dry ingredients on the correct shelf in the pantry WIPE OFF the supply table Always place placemats on table and set table according to what you need.

Wash hands for 20 seconds (use hand soap) Wear an apron Tie Hair Back Do NOT sit on the counter (I scream)

Do NOT use a hand towel or dish rag

Each time you are asked to go back to your unit you will lose 5 points in lab.
