Classifications It can be divided into two = Statutory welfare provisions = Non-Statutory welfare provisions

Statutory welfare provisions The welfare provisions are : as permitted by the law The welfare measures by the government is known as the statutory welfare provisions. Developed by the government to improve their morale and work commitment.
