(backpacks)  Banners and yard signs placed throughout the community  Community involvement through meetings, committees, fairs and various events.  Community partnerships with local business and industries  Partnerships with court/judicial system  Referral system in place with BOE, who refers drop outs to our programs.  Referral system in place with various community organizations who refer individuals in need to our programs. (Family Ties, DCBS…)  Newspaper ads.  Word of mouth

7  Community based organizations will change the application process including the question about education level in their forms:  Community Action,  Family Resource Center  Food Bank  Youth Service Center  Ministerial Association  etc  Individuals without a high school diploma or GED will be referred to attend the Adult Education Learning Center to enroll in life-skills classes for a minimum of 12 hours  Being part of the Jefferson Community and Technical College is an advantage to motivate students to further their education.  Reciprocity Agreement  Teach incorporating “ CCR and employability skills”  Be committee members (Work Ready Community, Advisory Committee, CARES Coalition, Service Providers Committee, Community Education)

12  A drawing for free GED testing twice a year  Program purchased extra vouchers for Free GED Ready Testing  Semester Parties  Drawings for prizes  Scholarships (requirements have to be met)
