MISSION STATEMENT The purpose of the Brett Hull Center is to provide the ultimate ice hockey training facility for our nations most elite hockey prospects while also providing an exciting brand of hockey entertainment to the general public.

GOALS Provide and maintain an exciting environment to entertain audiences during USHL games to in generate revenue Profit from youth leagues Provide and maintain the best facility for youth hockey Promote and progress the game of hockey

EMERGENCY PROCEDURES 1.Preventative Procedures 1.Mandatory training sessions with staff 2.Regular drills 2.Tornado Procedures 1.Move fans to lower levels away from windows and glass 2.Move as many as possible into locker rooms, bathrooms, and hallways 3.Fire Procedures 1.Plenty of emergency exits and flow 4.Power Outage 1.Exits always well lit even in power outages 2.Back up generators to start emergency lighting automatically

MAINTENANCE PLAN Preventative - Regulated Plexiglas - tightening bolds around bolds and benches - check fan safety netting for tears - pipes cleaned and flushed - lights and switches checked regularly

MAINTENANCE PLAN Breakdown and Emergency Maintenance - burnt out light bulbs - broken down zambonis - loose glass Cyclical Maintenance - Replace roof: Every 20 years - Replace glass around rink every 2 years – clean weekly - Replace netting around rink every 5 years - Replace ice every summer Documentation of all maintenance - filed to keep records of when things need to be replaced
