39 Bangalore Preacher Classes – Reinforced Bible authority – Liberalism, especially organizational corruptions such as directors, etc. Andhra Pradesh – Exhorted brethren on a wide range of topics – Influence of liberalism is creeping back among some of the brethren 39

41 Complete conversion to Christ, Lk. 14:25- 27, 33; Matt. 6:24 – Registration with the Indian government – Based on the castes – Some remain registered as Hindus – Should register as “Christian” (Matt. 10:32) » Declaration of faith » Demand of repentance » Dedicated example of discipleship 41

42 Bangalore classes (2 Tim. 2:2) – Indian preachers taught a daily lesson – Preacher classes need to localized to increase effectiveness – Localized contact helps us know the needs better and more efficiently address them, 2 Jno. 12; 3 Jno. 13-14 42

43 Visiting the churches (Acts 18:23) – Very encouraging part of the work – Observation key to learning what is most needed, Acts 11:23 – We observed these needs: To grow and be grounded, Col. 2:6-7 To learn to be converted to Christ, not men, 1 Cor. 1:10-13 To be living their faith, 1 Pet. 2:11-12 To meet the duties within the local church 43
