Strategic & Business Management Definition: Knowledge of and expertise in the industry/ organization that enhances performance and better delivers business outcomes. Nearly 60% of all PDUs will be required in education –Opportunity to review current course curriculum and add new course –As a REP – PMICAC will be reviewing our monthly meeting programs, courses, and events vs talent triangle Expanded education focus: –Technical skills –Leadership skills –Business & strategy skills
