Basic information like address of hospital, emergency services etc. 2 nd Opinion: discus on treatment (prescribed by his/her doctor) and advice for further treatment. Line of Treatment: to discuss symptoms to check disease like cough, flu, mild fever, etc. Gain awareness regarding health related hazards. Prescription filling
