Table of contents 1. Title 2. Table of contents 3. Question 4. Hypothesis 5. Materials 6. Procedures 7. Conclusion 8. Question?

Question  Do heavier objects fall faster than lighter ones?

Prediction  I predict that heavier objects will fall faster than lighter ones because heavier objects have more mass.

Materials  Full water bottle  Empty water bottle  Scale  Yard stick  Stop watch

Procedures  Step 1I made 5 feet  Step 2I lined up the heavy water bottle  Step 3 I had my timer and dropped it  After that I just repeated steps 1 2 and 3 in my experiment

Variables  Independent :Different weights of the objects falling  Dependent:  Controlled: The same height I dropped the water bottles.

Conclusion  My prediction was not supported because I expected the heavier object to fall faster than the lighter one. The heavy water bottles drops were.54sec,.50sec,and.54sec.The light water bottles drops were.50sec,.50sec,and.55sec.

Bibliography  Encyclopedias  Books  Internet
