The first two periods of the Romantic Age Starts in 1798, the year of the first edition of “Lyrical Ballads” by Wordsworth and Coleridge The first period is called the Age of Revolutions “Lyrical Ballads” wasn’t very popular in his time but eventually changed the course of English literature and poetry The second period is marked by the work of Byron, Walter Scott, John Keats
