Introduction Blood donation campaigns have been carried out every year in KPMB, but the amount of support and participation from students is way from satisfactory. Awareness regarding the importance of donation blood is very poor amongst students. As the student council of KPMB, some suggestion have been discussed amongst the student council committee regarding the issues like lack of blood donation participation of students in KPMB not up to its expectations and satisfactory. Several problem statements, objectives and action planning have been stated and discussed to solve the issue.

Statement of problem 1. Amount of support and participation from students is way from satisfactory. 2. Awareness regarding the importance of donating blood is very poor. Objective 1. To make sure student of KPMB understand and aware of the importance of blood donation 2. To increase the participation towards blood donation

1. Spread Banners and Fliers (24 th March 2014 – 31 st March 2014) Banners will be hung around KPMB facilities like the Hall and faculty for the student to view. Meanwhile, fliers will be distributed to the student of KPMB regarding the importance of blood donation.

2. Launch on Campaign day (1 st April 2014) Launching of the campaign by Head of MPP Muhammad Fariz bin Ridzwan. We,Muhammad Asyraf bin Mohd Kindil, Suhaib bin Mat Sah, Mohammad Amirul Irwan bin Ami Raflee, Ezzati Fatima Binti Zulbahrin and Ahmad Akmal bin Suldin help out the National Blood Donation Of Malaysia to attract people to come for the next day activities.

3. Open Talk (10 th April 2014) A person will be called from the Blood Donation Centre who knows about the blood donating will be holding a speech regarding the importance of donating blood to the students.

4. Chained Quiz & Chained Puzzle A set of questions will be distributed to the students regarding the importance of blood donation. 5. Exhbition An exhibition will be held in the KPMB hall for several days for the students to visit.

6. Blood Drive (24 th April 2014 & 28 th April 2014) A blood donation campaign will be carry out in KPMB to find out the participation of student whether achieve the objective.

From the events that will be made, KPMB student will know more about blood donation and gain more interest in this campaign. The students will gain awareness about the importance of blood donation through this campaign. This will also help increase the participation level of the students to the current blood donation drive and also future blood donation drive. The aim of this blood donation campaign is to achieve satisfactory level of participants. The total projected cost of the entire campaign is calculated at RM2250.
