Corps History 116 RCSCC Skeena formed in 1941 will be our 75th Training Year Named after HMCS Skeena Our current ship (3rd) was opened in 1958 by the late Governor General of Canada; The Honourable Vincent Massey ( 1st Canadian Born GGofC )

What is the CIC ? ( Cadet Instructors Cadre ) Commissioned members of the Canadian Forces Responsible to CF, to deliver the cadet program Cadets are NOT members of the CF Courses at various CF Bases
