2. Welcome to Destiny! To use the SCCS online catalog, first type in the URL: https://sccslibrary.follettdestiny.com and then CLICK on the blue link that says SANTA CRUZ COOPERATIVE SCHOOL Click here!

3. Search Screen – Begin looking for books!  Type what you want to find in the yellow box  Search by Reading Level to find a book that is a “good fit”

4. Types of Basic Searches CLICK on an icon… to begin this kind of a search: Keyword – find books based on a “key word” or phrase Title – if you already know the title you want to find Author – if you already know the author’s last name Subject – if you are looking for a specific subject Series – if you want a book that is part of a series

5. A library search page will… Show helpful information about the book:  Availability for check out at the library  Summary  Title Peek  Subjects; click on Find it  Titles by the same author; click on Find it

6. To check a Lexile level:  Type in a title, author, subject, or keyword that you want to find, then look at the search results page:  Lexile level will be listed for most books (not all) in the collection on this page.  If the title is not in your Lexile range, begin a new search!  If the title doesn’t show Lexile level, go to www.lexile.com www.lexile.com
