6 6 Basic Function Explanation  Agency Strategy Maintenance  Annual KPI objectives set-up 1.Confirm the KPI objectives of your good office. 2.Fill out annual strategy, mid/long-term strategy, and assist unit.  Quarterly review 1.Confirm the results of KPI objectives. 2.Leave your comments and improvement plans to explain the discrepancy.

7 7 Basic Function Explanation  Change Password  Default Username / Password  For YM ’ s Rep:  Username for login YM ’ s internal portal  The last 4 numbers from your ID card ’ s numbers.  For Contracting Agencies:  Please refer to the data your good office send to GCPM.  Change Password  Change your password once you login and use this function.

8 8 Basic Function Explanation  Agent Maintenance  Set up the acting officer  Set up the acting officer for your good office to manage the KPI objectives.  The acting officer will play the role as PIC of KPI objectives.  Add local hired colleagues into the system  Please hand out your Name, Username, Password, and email to GCPM.

11 11 Annual KPI Objectives Set-up Start to edit your KPI strategies The functions you are authorized to use

12 12 You can send your comments to discuss the targets with the teams at HQ by pressing the accept or reject bottom. Confirmed your KPI objectives from HQ.

13 13 2 3 1.After you confirm the target volume, please click “Edit”. 2.You can also see the objective details assigned by each team at HQ. 3.Edit  Edit the strategy of the objective 1

14 14 1.Please fill in your annual strategy, Mid/Long-term strategy, and co-organized units. 2.Click “Save Changes” button to store your works. 2 1

15 15 See your edition on this overview page.

16 16 After editing, you can separately submit your strategy to the team which assign the objectives to you. It is no need to wait for all strategies being edited completely. The completed strategies can be verified or discussed first through the system.

17 17 After submitting the strategies, the status will become “verifying”. You will see the comments from the team once the team finishes verifying the strategies submitted by your side.

22 22 Quarterly Review 1 2 You could see the quarters list on this page, and please find out your current quarter. Click here to do the next step. 3 You could generate your up-to-date data into Excel format here.

23 23 Quarterly Review First of all, you have to check and confirm your KPI results of each objective. Click here to do that, and please be informed that the results are separately given by TEAM.

24 24 Please review the results of KPI objectives! Step 1. Please draft your comments or improvement plans BEFORE you choose Editing or Confirmed and click “Save Changes” to save this data as temporary Step 2. Once you choose Editing or Confirmed and click the “Save changes,” the system will notice HQ via auto-email. Quarterly Review Leave your improvement plans / comments here!

25 25 Quarterly Review Editing : Step 1. Leave your opinions when you have some doubt about the results. Step 2. Push the “Save changes” to send a notice email to HQs. Confirmed: Step 1. Leave your comments and improvement plans to HQs. Step 2. Confirm the KPI results of your good office. Step 3. Push the “Save changes” to send a notice email to HQs. Leave your improvement plans / comments here!

26 26 Quarterly Review  After you choose Editing/Confirmed and push “Save Changes’, the system will inform corresponding team automatically.  Here you see a “Execute successfully” message Notice! If you want to save your comments temporary before you Confirmed or Editing, please do not choose either of them.

27 27 The Status would be “Confirmed” instead of “Confirming” once you confirmed the results. Quarterly Review Notice: Please be noticed that you have to review all results from each team of HQ separately!
