6.  Foundation:  Due to the previous status of the site being a parking lot, the foundation has already been constructed with concrete.  The parking lot will remain as the building will expand upward.  Structural :  Entire structural plan will be based on concrete.  Concrete beams: 5 – 10 ft.  Concrete girders: 10 - 25 ft.  Concrete columns: 20 - 25 ft.
