Foundation: Due to the previous status of the site being a parking lot, the foundation has already been constructed with concrete. The parking lot will remain as the building will expand upward. Structural : Entire structural plan will be based on concrete. Concrete beams: 5 – 10 ft. Concrete girders: 10 - 25 ft. Concrete columns: 20 - 25 ft.
