2. Hypothesis My hypothesis was that the water filters would work at a certain level but not get rid of everything so you would need multiple filters to get rid of almost all impurities.

3. Procedure We took different filters of different categories and we ran dirty water through them. The categories of filter were sink mounted, water bottle, and pitcher. We them took the results of the difference of the impurities in the dirty water and the water that was put through the filter and that was how much gunk the filter got out of the water. The impurities we are testing for are bacteria, iron, nitrate, DPD, hardness and sulfide.
