34. Injury Case Criteria for the State Registry:
All injury related deaths
ICD-9 diagnoses code
AND admitted to hospital for 48 hours or more
OR transferred into or out of hospital
OR died during treatment in ED
Exclusions: contusions, abrasions, blisters, isolated hip fractures, etc.
