7 The Needs Assessment must reflect Title II-A activities Time frame and activities conducted to identify needs  Professional development – include how teachers, Title I-A teachers and paraprofessionals were included.  Recruiting and retaining highly qualified and effective teachers and principals. List the needs identified for professional development and for recruitment and retention for which Titles II-A funds will be used. Improve student behavior in the classroom and interventions to help students with different learning styles. Training to enable teachers to involve parents in their child’s education.
