Summary Mental Fitness keeps the brain focused. Stress at the work place causes physical complications. Stress reduction makes for a healthier mind, body, and spirit. Yoga position helps keep the body centered. Tai Chi breathing helps relax the body to its normal state of being. Helping others relieve stress
