SKMS A set of tools and databases that are used to manage knowledge and information. The SKMS includes the Configuration Management System, as well as other tools and databases. The SKMS stores, manages, updates, and presents all information that an IT Service Provider needs to manage the full Lifecycle of IT Services. The Service Pipeline provides a business view of possible future IT Services and is part of the Service Portfolio which is not normally published to Customers. A database or structured Document with information about all Live IT Services, including those available for. The Service Catalogue is the only part of the published to Customers, and is used to support the sale and delivery of IT Services. The Service Catalogue includes information about deliverables, prices, contact points, ordering and request processes. De-commissioned. No longer provided anywhere within the organization.
