2. MICROSOFT WORD You can now edit PDFs directly from Microsoft Word. Open a file with a.pdf extension through Microsoft Word. The program will convert the file to a Word format. Edit, save, and/or print.

3. MICROSOFT WORD Read Mode: open your documents in a book-style format, minimizing editing tabs and showing two pages per screen. Go to the “View” tab and select “Read Mode” all the way on the left-hand side.

4. MICROSOFT EXCEL New “Recommended Charts” feature helps you to find the best styles of charts to match up with your data. Helps cut through some of the overwhelming options for chart styles. Located in “Insert” tab.

5. MICROSOFT POWERPOINT Keep up the formatting menu for pictures persistently. Right-click on an image in your PowerPoint, and select “Format Picture…” This will bring up the menu, allowing you to alter images at your leisure.

6. ALL OFFICE ‘13 PROGRAMS Insert pictures from multiple sources on the internet. On the “Insert” tab, select “Online Pictures”. You will be prompted to enter a search term for Office.com or Bing search. You can also sign in to your Microsoft account to upload photos from Facebook or Flickr.

7. ALL OFFICE ‘13 PROGRAMS Help button is now in the top right- hand corner of the screen, next to the “minimize” buttons and close buttons.

8. ALL OFFICE ‘13 PROGRAMS You now have the ability to save to the cloud on your SkyDrive, if you have one, allowing you to access documents from wherever.
