Opportunities & Challenges Digital Divide, Availability of Internet, Electricity Freedom of Speech but don’t be harsh to other, Don’t promote Violence & Pornography Mainstream Media or people don’t consider Blog as authentic source Anonymity (Only supports anonymity if it’s for good cause) Respect Privacy of readers (IP, Email etc) Bloggers Security (Receiving Threats just because Blogger criticize particular person/brand/events etc) No clear guidelines/protections for Bloggers
