GETTING TO THE PROBLEM LIST FROM AN ADMISSION ORDER SET

Admission Order Set From your Online Rounding List, highlight your patient and click Order.

Admission Order Set Select Order Sets.

Adding a Problem Start Typing patient problem by name(choices will begin appearing), or Click ICD Code button and start typing desired code. Name ICD 9

Adding a Problem 1.Click on the appropriate problem 2.Problem populates at the top of the screen 3.Click OK 3 1 2

Manage Problem List Type (optional) 1.Click in light gray box under “Problem List” 2.Select appropriate Problem Type

Manage Problem Status (optional) 1.Click light gray box under “Status” 2.Select Appropriate Status

Manage Current Visit Problems (optional) For problems associated with the current visit, check “Current Visit” box.

Manage Problem Onset Date (optional) Free type onset date or select onset date from the calendar.

Add a Permanent Comment (optional) 1.Click in light space under the thought bubble 2.Enter comment in comment box Once filed, the comment can only be added to and NOT deleted.

Accessing Family History Information From Clinical Review, select the “Assessments” button on the lower right hand side of the screen

Accessing Family History Information Click in the shaded grey area next to the “Family History” assessment

Family History View Here you can review what was entered for the patients Family History. To get back to Clinical Review, click the “Back” Button
