BLM announced it will NOT accept pending bids on 23 natural gas lease parcels totaling 23,757 acres located in the Wyoming Range Withdrawal area of the Bridger – Teton N.F. 31 lease parcels totaling 20,963 acres are currently suspended pending completion of NEPA analysis. Original proposal for this project included 8 to 27 wells to be developed. Current proposal includes 8 to 11 wells in the reduced project area. Total acreage in the project area has been reduced by 46.8 % from the original proposal. SEIS was scheduled to be released 10/30/2009. SEIS will likely be released this week.
